Ingredients in 1 capsule:

• Magnesium — 150 mg
• Vitamin B6 — 1,22 mg

Magnesium reduces neuron’s irritability, blocks neuromuscular transmission, and is involved in enzymatic reactions.

In the body, Magnesium deficiency is manifested by the following symptoms:

Muscle weakness, tremor, ataxia, sleep disturbance, reflex response increase, and heart rhythm disorder.

Vitamin B6 as cofactor participates in various metabolic reactions. In the body magnesium is mainly accumulated in intercellular space (99%). Pyridoxine in the body transforms into active metabolic forms of pyridoxalphosphate.

Indications:

• Deficiency of Mg in the body
• Prior to therapy with Calcium
• Spasmophilia
• Sleep disturbance, neurosis
• Toxemia of pregnancy.
